SHIPPING GUIDE
1. What are the available shipping methods?
For
all shipping methods, SexToyUnion only charges the shipping fee, the
possible tax/duty is NOT included. Please kindly note that the Tax /
Customs fee in destination country is at customer's expense.
*If
you have your own shipping method or shipping forwarder in China,
please contact us and provide their information, we will ship the order
to your warehouse or forwarder.
DHL/FedEx EXPRESS:
1. Handling Time: Ship out from STU Warehouse in 3-5 business days.
2. Delivery Time: 1-2 weeks to most countries. When in peak season, there could be extra 3-5 days delay.
Tracking number available in 24 hours after the parcel shipped.
Attentions:
A. IMPOSSIBLE to ship to PO BOX.
B. IMPOSSIBLE to ship liquid & lithium battery.
C. There is 0.5% chance that it will be inspected by China Customs, and the order will be delayed for 4-5 days.
Any Tax / Customs fee in destination country is at customer's expense.
Ocean Ship/ Railway Shipping: (For parcels over 50kg Only)
1. Handling Time: Ship out from STU Warehouse in 5-15 business day.
2. Delivery Time: 35-65 days to direct to your door. When in peak season, there could be 10-20 days delay.
Attentions:
A. IMPOSSIBLE to ship to PO BOX.
B. IMPOSSIBLE to ship liquid & lithium battery.
C. There is 0.5% chance that it will be inspected by China Customs, and the order will be delayed for 4-5 days.

3. How are customs and import tax/duty handled?
We
encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import
taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some
products may require special licenses or permits to import.
SexToyUnion.com is
not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the
customs in your countries. Because we send products from Hong Kong (a
free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong
government.

4. What is the declaration on shipping labels?
For
the order value, we will write it according to your request. So please
